By accessing or using the Rooted Saviors website, BioField App, or any related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Platform.

Purpose of the Platform
The Rooted Saviors BioField App is an informational and educational tool designed to help users organize wellness-related insights, patterns, and protocols.
The Platform is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and does not replace professional veterinary or medical care.

No Refund Policy

Access to the Platform is granted only to the individual purchaser.
Violation of this section may result in:

• Immediate termination of access

Prohibition of Duplication or Reverse Engineering
You are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying or recreating the app’s structure, logic, or system design

• Reverse engineering any portion of the Platform

• Replicating workflows, frameworks, or data organization methods

• Using the Platform to build a competing product

This includes both direct copying and derivative works that are substantially similar in function or design.

Protection of App Design and System Architecture
The unique structure, layout, and functional design of the Rooted Saviors BioField App — including its method of organizing symptoms, terrain patterns, and protocol generation — are proprietary.
Any attempt to:

• Duplicate the app’s interface

• Mimic its workflow or user experience

• Recreate its system logic or architecture

Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for personal use only.
You may NOT use the Platform for:

• Commercial redistribution

• Teaching or reselling the system without written permission

• Creating competing products or services

 

Termination of Access
Rooted Saviors reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access at any time

• Remove users who violate these Terms

• Restrict access without notice

Limitation of Liability
Rooted Saviors shall not be held liable for:

• Any decisions made based on information provided within the Platform

• Any outcomes related to the use of the Platform

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the Platform is at your own discretion and risk.
